Origin 5-Step cartridge - for fresh-tasting, balanced drinking water Proven filtration for the YVE-BIO Classic series The Origin 5-Step cartridge is a central component of the Classic series and ensures that your drinking water tastes pleasantly clear and is reliably purified.Each layer fulfils its own function - similar to how water in nature gradually passes through different layers of soil and rock before it emerges as spring water. Important:The 5-Step cartridge always works together with a ceramic filter.The ceramic filter performs the first cleaning stage and retains particles, turbidity and bacteria.The water then flows through the five layers of the Origin cartridge. How does the 5-step cartridge work? Your drinking water is filtered exclusively on a physical basis in four neatly coordinated stages - without any electricity or external pressure, just by gravity. This is how the 4-Step cartridge Origin works: Four steps - one clear path 1. activated carbon - maximum absorption capacity The first filter stage consists of high-quality activated carbon with an iodine value of 1200 - the highest absorption value. Thanks to its particularly large inner surface area, it reliably binds pollutants and harmful substance groups. 1st stage energisation The mix of tourmaline, germanium, phlogopite and jade energises your water and brings it back to life. Tourmaline is the only mineral that permanently generates "electricity". It is a natural source that emits negative ions and far infrared (FIR) rays. The wavelength corresponds to that of H²O, which means that it is very well absorbed by the body. Tourmaline emits a current of 0.06 mA. This corresponds to the current strength with which our nervous system works. Tourmaline normalises the nervous system. Germanium enriches the water with oxygen. It is therefore helpful in the prevention of various diseases, as these functions supply the body's cells with additional oxygen. It also regulates the pH value and, as an ion exchanger, it attracts pollutants and releases the minerals it contains. 3rd stage structuring The last stage takes on the function of a stream as in nature. The water regains its natural flavour. It also releases colloidal traces of silicon. In this form, it is particularly bioavailable.
