If you have a voucher code, simply enter it in the order overview under "Redeem code". If the code does not work, please check the conditions and validity: Is the promotional period still valid?

Have I not added an item to my shopping basket for which the code is valid? Have I made a typing error? To avoid typing errors, we recommend copying and pasting the code. (Make sure that you do not copy any spaces).

If you have taken all this into account and the voucher code still does not work, either order without the code and write us a short note in the comment field or send us an email to office@yve-bio.com telling us which items you would like to order and in what quantity, as well as the billing address or, if applicable, a different delivery address. We will then process the order for you manually. In both cases, we will of course include the voucher in the order (provided it is valid).

Due to a system changeover, we were unfortunately unable to transfer previous customer accounts to our new system. We therefore ask all customers to create a new account so that they can continue to benefit from the advantages of our online shop.

Has my previous data been lost?
No, your previous data has not been deleted. We still have access to your order history, invoices and other relevant information. If you need information about previous orders, please contact us (office@yve-bio.com) - we will be happy to help you.

How do I register for the first time?

  1. Click on "Register" in the menu bar or on the login page.
  2. Enter your details and create a new account.
  3. Once you have registered, you will have access to your orders, favourite products and many other functions again.

If you have already made the payment, unfortunately no further changes are possible.

If you have decided to purchase on account, payment must be made to PayPal or Klarna. You will receive a separate e-mail for this purpose. If you have nevertheless transferred to our bank account by mistake, we will refund the payment that we have received in advance from PayPal or Klarna.

Would you like to have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address? No problem! You can simply select a different delivery address when placing your order in our online shop.

You also have the option of having your parcel sent to a collection point or a parcel shop.

To do this, enter your delivery address as follows:

Please note that the billing address must NOT be a Packstation and that we accept no liability for the loss of parcels delivered to a Packstation.

We ship your order with GLS

Please note that the parcel service and the consignment number for international shipments may differ later, as parcels are handed over to local delivery services.

We can send small items, such as EM X-Pipes or Flower of Life stickers, in a bubble envelope. This means you pay less postage. However, you will not receive a consignment number when sending in an envelope. You can see which shipping method is available to you in the order process.

RETURN:

We hope that you enjoy your order. If you do wish to return something, you can do so as long as you have not used/washed any of the items. Please send them back to us with sufficient postage paid - within 14 days:

As soon as we have received and checked the goods, we will immediately refund the purchase price for these unused and undamaged items using the method you used to pay for the order.

Please get in touch with our customer service team before returning an item to ensure that your return is processed quickly. Simply send us an email to office@yve-bio.com or use our contact form.

For reasons of hygiene, many of our items cannot be returned. If you are unable to return the received goods or can only return them in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the goods if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality. By "testing the properties and functionality" we mean testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a shop, for example.

Despite great care, it can happen that an incorrect item is dispatched or damaged in transit. If you have received such an item, please refrain from returning it for the time being and contact us, preferably directly with corresponding photos as an email attachment at office@yve-bio.com. We will then get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

GUARANTEE:

The statutory warranty period of two years from receipt of the goods naturally applies to all items. For all defects occurring during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for subsequent fulfilment apply. If, of course, an accident occurs through your own fault, you yourself are responsible.


COMMISSIONING:

Simply place the FIR infrared system in the centre of the lower tank. If you are using a mineral ring or alkaline ring, place it in the centre of the ring.

Our water filters prefer a shady spot where it is neither too hot nor too cold. Most customers have their filter in the kitchen or office.

Your water filter does not necessarily need to be in a dark place. However, it should never be exposed to direct sunlight or sun reflections, as this can cause algae to form. Therefore, make sure that it is not exposed to reflections, e.g. from window panes.

If you do not have such a "shady" location for the installation, you can also cover your water filter with an opaque cloth.

Assembling a YVE-BIO water filter is really straightforward. You will find all the necessary parts and illustrated instructions in the dispatch box. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions and put them into practice.

CLEANING

If you do not use the YVE-BIO water filter for more than 6 days, you should proceed as follows:

Remove and rinse the DOME-FILTER® or the ceramic filter, the cartridge and other accessories. Clean both water containers and the plastic accessories with a mixture of water and food-safe citric acid (1:100) and then rinse all parts thoroughly with plenty of water. Allow everything to air dry.

Please note the instructions for the DOME-FILTER®: The activated carbon inside naturally needs more time to dry than the ceramic on the outside. The DOME-FILTER® should be stored in a cool, dark place - away from chemicals or strong odours. When recommissioning, we recommend disposing of the first tank filling. Your water filter is now ready for use again.

If you want to use the water filter again, simply set up the water filter system as usual. Proceed in the same way as for the initial start-up. If you do not have the instructions to hand, you can simply view them here.

The easiest and quickest way to find out the replacement times is to refer to the "Replacement times and treatment" sheet that you received with your water filter. It lists when and how the individual parts are to be cleaned.

First aid

When you put the DOME-FILTER® into operation, you may be surprised that the filtering process takes a long time. Initially, there is still air in the millions of pores that needs to escape. It is therefore essential to ensure that the upper tank is always completely filled with tap water during the initial start-up period. The process is significantly accelerated by the pressure that is created. (Depending on how consistent you are when refilling, this process should be completed after about two days).

However, the filtering process with the DOME-FILTER® will take longer than with conventional ceramic filters, as the DOME-FILTER® already contains activated carbon. While channels can form in activated carbon fillings over time and the water can then flow through unfiltered, this is not the case with the DOME-FILTER®. Tests were carried out with over 3000 litres of water flow and the retention of pollutants was still over 99 % (for glyphosate, PCBs, chlorine, arsenic, etc.).

When installing the tap, it is important that the tank, the tap and the sealing rings are completely dry. When assembling, make sure that everything is tightened firmly - but not too tightly. If not tightened enough, water may leak out. If it is tightened too tightly, the silicone rings could be damaged, which could also lead to water leaking out. It may be a little tricky at first, but over time you will develop a feel for when the tap is properly tightened.
