  • Copy your personal referral link and send it to your friends by e-mail, messenger or social media.


  • Tip: The more friends you refer, the more vouchers you can collect!

  • As soon as your friend opens the link and adds a still water filter to the shopping basket, the 10 % voucher will appear automatically.


  • Your friend benefits directly from their discount - without any additional steps!


  • Please note: Friends cannot combine the voucher with other promotions.

  • 14 days after your friend's order, we will automatically send you an e-mail with your 20% voucher.


  • The voucher is valid for the entire range and has no expiry date!


  • You can enter the voucher code in the shopping basket or at the checkout

Frequently asked questions about the Refer a Friend campaign (FAQ)

You can refer an unlimited number of friends! You will receive a new 20% voucher for every friend you refer.
In this case, the 10% voucher will be cancelled and you will not receive a 20% voucher.
No, vouchers from the Refer a Friend programme cannot be combined - neither with each other nor with other promotions.
Log in to your customer account and navigate to the "Refer a friend" section.
In the "Refer a friend" section of your customer account, you will find an overview of your referred friends and their orders.

In order for the voucher to be activated automatically, your friend must start the order process via your personal referral link. The following reasons could be responsible for the voucher not being visible - and here's how to fix them:

  1. Referral link not used:
    The voucher is only activated if your friend accesses our shop directly via your link.
    Remedy: Share the link again and tell them to use it directly without entering the URL manually.

  2. Cookies deactivated or deleted:
    Our system uses cookies to save the recommendation. Without cookies, the voucher cannot be assigned.
    Remedy: Make sure that cookies are activated in the browser and are not deleted before the order is completed.

  3. Expired session:
    If the link was clicked but the order was not completed until later, the connection may have expired.
    Remedy: Your friend should click the link again and complete the order in one go.

  4. Technical problems (e.g. ad blocker):
    Browser extensions such as ad blockers or similar tools could interfere with the connection.
    Remedy: Recommend using the link in a different browser or with deactivated extensions.

Tip:
Please make sure that your friend always starts the order process via the recommendation link and that cookies are activated in the browser or that the cookies on our site are accepted. If the voucher still does not work, please contact us so that we can check the case.
