Information about laboratory tests and instructions for use

Please note that our products are exclusively tested by state accredited laboratories / institutes / universities. This is an indication of high quality. The filter performance corresponds to the tests. Our products are free from plasticisers, bisphenol A, phthalates and harmful dichloromethane.

When buying a water filter or cartridge, you should always ensure that it is tested by a state accredited institute. Statements about filter performance should only be confirmed by this institute. Some competitors who manufacture ‘similarly constructed equipment’ commission institutes which are not accredited by a European state. Please be aware of this. Increasingly, we see competitors who commission these tests from accredited laboratories, however the laboratories do not take the water samples themselves, rather they are supplied with water samples from the customer. We hand over our equipment, cartridges etc. to the institute which then takes the water samples.

 1,1,1-trichloroethane in µg/l result

This means that the concentration - if present - is below the required detection limit and that the amount below this can no longer be sensibly measured.
