Mineralisation of your drinking water
The mineral stones consist of Sunyak stone, so it is a quartz porphyry. It contains about 40 minerals; including e.g. germanium, silicon, selenium, zinc and manganese.
What are these minerals in our body for?
Germanium
-
As a trace element, germanium is able to bind oxygen to itself and transport it to the finest capillaries.
-
The blood viscosity is reduced and the blood circulation is improved.
-
It binds acidifying hydrogen ions, which have a tendency to damage cells and consume the oxygen in the body.
-
The entire metabolism of the cells is improved.
-
The body's own production of interferon is stimulated.
-
(Interferons are proteins that have an immunostimulating, but above all an antiviral and antitumor effect.)
-
It helps to neutralize and excrete heavy metals such as mercury from amalgam dental fillings.
-
Blood cells can be protected from radiation.
Silicon
Selenium
-
It increases fertility.
-
Heart dysfunction is prevented.
-
It plays an important role in the production of thyroid hormones.
-
Head dandruff can indicate a deficiency.
-
Our cells are protected from free radicals and thus also from cancer.
-
The muscle cells are supplied with sufficient Oxygen.
Zinc
-
A zinc deficiency can lead to concentration problems in young people.
-
In adults, a deficiency often manifests itself through a weakened immune system or problems with skin and hair.
-
It is essential for the functioning of over 200 enzymes.
-
A deficiency cannot be remedied overnight, but conversely, the zinc concentration in the blood drops to up to 50% after a completely zinc-free main meal.
-
The structure of the DNA, which stores our genetic material, is strengthened.
-
As an enzyme activator, it is responsible for building up thyroid hormones, growth hormone and cortisol - an anti-inflammatory stress hormone.
-
The production of red blood cells is supported.
-
A concentration hormone from the pituitary gland is activated, which ensures that we are alert and awake.
Manganese
-
A lack of manganese manifests itself in the following symptoms:
Obesity
-
glucose intolerance
-
Blood Clot
-
Skin problems
-
Increased cholesterol level
-
Skeletal malformations
-
Freaks
-
Changes in hair color
-
Effects on the nervous system

Do minerals in drinking water promote health?
Many advocates of very low-mineral drinking water claim that minerals in water damage the body. They assume that the body can only utilise them with difficulty and that they are deposited as so-called waste products in the connective tissue. In the long term, this leads to diseases such as dementia or arthrosis. However, the fact that the inhabitants of Nicoya (Costa Rica) drink water that flows through limestone and is very rich in calcium and magnesium speaks against this. Nicoya belongs to the so-called Blue Zones (regions of the world where the inhabitants live on average much longer with the best quality of life). The same applies to the Blue Zone on the Japanese island of Okinawa - there, too, the inhabitants have only very mineral-rich drinking water available.
Can we not conclude from this that minerals in drinking water must be available to cells? In nature, the water is structured and we can replenish our mineral reserves. However, if the structure of the water is destroyed, the differently charged substances attract each other and form bonds with each other. In structured water, for example, calcium and hydrogen carbonate are present, whereas in unstructured water they combine with each other to form calcium bicarbonate (colloquially also called lime). Everyone knows the deposits that come out of it, in the kettle or the washing machine. Our blood vessels also calcify.
What applies to calcium naturally also applies to the other minerals in water. As soon as the water loses its structure, the important elements and their antagonists form worthless or even harmful compounds. And so the vital drink becomes a health hazard. Incidentally, the structure is lost when the water is carbonated, conveyed at a pressure of over 2.5 bar or treated with ozone (ozone is the strongest oxidant used in drinking water practice and has proven itself in the treatment of drinking water). Structured and therefore cell-available water is available with our YVE-BIO® water filter Systems.
